A possible offer on the house

We had a showing on Saturday evening, which was our first in 6 weeks. That alone was exciting, but now there's going to be a possible offer!!! The husband saw the house and is overnighting a flier to his wife. If she gives approval there'll be offer....maybe even tonight.

The house is up for sale!

The house went on the market May 2. We had 3 showings the first week with nothing since. We decided the lower the price $45k for Memorial Day weekend, but so far that hasn't generated any more traffic. Our neighbor had a huge party last night, easily 200 people. They took the 4 fliers we had out, so maybe something will come of that.
